Estimator

Position Description

The Estimator prepares and coordinates complete cost estimates for commercial projects. Ability to complete all assigned projects on time, within budget parameters and in accordance with clients' needs and concerns. Review and interpret specifications and plans; Review design options, make recommendations and provide solutions on cost, engineering, quality and availability of material.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has five years of commercial experience, experience with computerized digital quantity takeoffs and costing for a complete range of building materials including re-bar and concrete. Strong communication skills and the ability to create productive working relationships with team members, vendors and clients are critical. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Timberline is preferred.
