Project Administrative Assistant
Position Description
The Project Assistant serves as the administrative hub of a project job site. Set up and maintain the project record keeping system and ensure that project administrative records are properly organized and documented. Monitor all licensing and insurance for all parties to the project. Work closely with the owner, design team and subcontractor/vendor representatives. Assist with the preparation and processing of subcontractor/vendor invoicing. Administer project accounting including: budgets, budget transfers, cost commitments, contingency management, change order management, payment applications, billing and reporting.
Qualifications
Familiarity with the commercial construction processes and documents is required. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Timberline, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
